Nice kitchenette in the room ideal for light cooking. Ample room size provides comfort after long days exploring.

Entrance consists of 3-4 steps. The bathroom is dated with weak air extraction and an unstable shower. Breakfast area is quite cramped, especially during peak hours, resulting in difficulty finding a seat when fully occupied.

The room was cosy and it faced city.

The Standard Apartment was very clean and spacious with a kitchenette. The wifi connection was poor.

the rooms were brand-new and reasonably large with large beds.

staff was very friendly and willing to explain in detail any questions about the city. 2 beds in the main room were very comfortable, sofa bed was less comfortable but not uncomfortable. kitchen, microwave and fridge were very useful. They also had the necessary for a short stay (sponge, soap, napkins, kitchen utensils). small table to eat and 2 chairs. bathroom accessories were of good quality. details of the reception were of good taste: fruit, sweets and water, with a welcome note. Everything was very clean. Good quality/price ratio. Subway station very close. In front of the subway there was a market and a supermarket. Located in a quiet neighbourhood. Relatively close to the station of Avenida de Las Americas

Everything was fine, when we asked for a bathing cap, which was not available, they supplied it immediately

room is very spacious and beds are very comfortable. cleaning is excellent and staff is impeccable. Having a kitchen gives you an extra comfort to adapt to any schedule. At reception they provide a kit with the essentials for cooking and cleaning (frying pan, pot, ladle, scourer, kitchen paper,.. on a 20 euro deposit. There is also a nesspresso machine and possibility of buying capsules. bathroom had a bathtub and although the toilets looked quite old they were perfectly maintained and clean. toiletries provided by the hotel: gel, shampoo, soap, comb, shaver and shaving cream, brush and toothpaste, moisturizer and even a kit for children with cologne, shampoo and some colored pencils and a rubber duck that they loved. You can change the temperature of the room from the thermostat to suit your personal taste. price is excellent for the high quality they offer. location is excellent with a metro and bus line from the Plaza de Prosperidad that brings you closer to the center in a moment. neighborhood is quiet and perfect to rest.

No more days off to enjoy a longer stay. The facilities are quite old but the maintenance they do keeps them in good shape.

Very close to the metro station. I was going to the football stadium which is at walking distance, so the location of the hotel was very handy for me. Good size room and the staff was polite.

The kitchen facilities in the Superior Apartment made meal prep convenient, and the room was very spacious.

The bathroom had an outdated design, including a cracked sink pedestal which affected the overall impression of cleanliness.

Clean accommodation, incredible staff. Fairly quiet room with exceptionally comfortable beds, a safe box and wireless internet. Excellent service with healthy cooking. The hotel of choice in Madrid👌

The room was really great, lot of space and wifi.

The hotel was so much difficult to find, like hidden. We had to pay for parking, but it was not informed previosly.

Maintenance needs serious attention!!! The air conditioning didn't work and the bathroom extraction fan was weak. Room door locks gave trouble!!! The communal spaces felt cramped and could be more inviting.

Loved the spacious Standard Apartment. The kitchen made cooking easy with its cookware, but it lacked a few essentials like a proper cutting knife. Air conditioning worked well, providing relief during the heat. Appreciate the close metro access. Under 5 minutes to the station, made city exploration easy. The breakfast had a good variety, though the dining area felt a bit cramped during busy times. Staff attitude stood out-some were eager to help while a couple seemed a bit disengaged. Limited cleaning supplies were provided, and the Wi-Fi connection was unstable at times, impacting my ability to connect smoothly.
